After twenty years of consulting with, and working for, organizations in the private, non-profit, and public sectors, Ann communicates and collaborates effectively with different management styles, operating environments, and industry cultures – from philanthropic organizations, to high technology, to government and public service agencies. She has lived and worked internationally.


Ann began her consulting career in 1982 as an international business analyst. For ten years, she worked in risk management, training, and systems development. Early clients included national governments, security organizations, public safety agencies, and private corporations. This work provided the analytical grounding for her subsequent ten years in management and organizational consulting for corporate and nonprofit groups. She's written and published articles on strategic planning, organizational change, teamwork, and information technology.


A certified leadership/management trainer and meeting facilitator, she is known for her engaging communication style. She conducts efficient, results-oriented sessions that promote collaboration and encourage creative thinking, critical problem-solving, and definitive decision-making in teams. Ann is also known for her ability to bring people together to solve complex organizational problems.


Ann received her M.A. in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University (a multi-disciplinary degree including studies in quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, policy and strategy studies, and international economics). She earned her B.A. from Bucknell University and studied at the Université d’Aix in Avignon, France. Her postgraduate studies in finance and management are through the University of Colorado. Ann belongs to the American Management Association, and Institute of Management Consultants. She is highly proficient in French, conversational in Italian, and studying Spanish.
